Speeding Results in Major Car Accident
Speeding is never a good idea and could result in death like it did last week in San Diego.
According to California Highway Patrol a car was speeding up a highway on-ramp when it hit a sign, then a guardrail, causing it to flip and land on its roof. This is happened around 2 a.m. on the 11th Avenue on-ramp to northbound I-5.
The man behind the wheel was quickly arrested and booked on suspicion of driving under the influence or felony DUI. However, further charges could come as one of his passengers died while another was injured. At this time the authorities are not releasing the identities of the driver and passengers until the next of kin for the deceased passenger have been notified.
