Mark is a native Californian and has been married to Julie for 30 years. Active in the community, he serves as president of the Community Advisory Board for the California Conservation Corps and is a board member of the California Selective Service Board. He is a member of the Alpine Chapter of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion.
